I've been a customer of CNY Diaper Express cloth diaper service twice in the past three years. I was so happy with the service I received after the birth of my son that I knew I would return to cloth diapering when my daughter was born. Casey's attention and assistance with the process are a big reason I returned. She was easy to communicate with, returning e-mails and phone calls promptly and answering any questions I had. She took the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure I was satisfied. As a "newbie" to cloth diapering, it was helpful that her website was chock full of information and tips, and that I knew I could go to her with any questions I had along the way.
As a customer, she educated me -her client- about the products and process of cloth diapering my children. She enabled me to make the best decisions I could for my family with the information and assistance she provided. I'd happily work with Casey/CNY Cloth Diaper Express again in the future!

I was completely pleased with the diaper service that we purchased for our grandchild. Pick up & delivery was non-invasive, timely & respectful. The product was high quality. I applaud the excitement & return to cloth diapering. So many moms have a heightened awareness of environmental concerns & are blending them with the wisdom of natural diapering. I am a hard sell & must say that the months of diaper service we purchased were everything we paid for. The accessory purchases we later made were delivered quickly. Continued success to you Casey. |
